Hi All,
I was on H1B visa since Oct 2008 and got my status changed to H4 in May 2010. These days I am in India and wish to go back to USA in December with my husband (H1B). Can somebody brief out the documents that I will require for my visa stamping. Do I need to have my payslips and W-2's and what all can be asked for?
