H4 Visa Application

Hi All,

I am on H1 in the US. My spouse is planning to come on H4 and my company is taking long time to process the H4 application.

Is there a way I can Process personally without involving my company. Are there any procedures available so that i can refer to the documents that are required for stamping?

Please let me know.

Your company has nothing to do with H4 stamping. Your spouse has to go for H4 stamping based on your H1B documents and once the H4 gets approved, he can travel. Here is the list of documents required for H4 stamping.
