H1 extension - yet to receive approval letter

Hi,

I checked the status of my H1 and H4 extension applications in the USCIS website, and the status points to 'post decision activity'. It says that they have approved my I129 application and have mailed it on May-06-2011. But until today my employer has not received it. Please let me know the waiting period for the same. Its stopping me from getting my driving license.

Usually it would be 10 to 12 days. Give it some more time and if you don't receive it, ask your employer to check with uscis. If it was filed through an attorney, then they might have received it.
