L1 to H1 B (COS) Approved

Dear All

Currently I am working in USA for company A on L1 B (valid till Mar 2012).I got H1 B Approved (with COS) by another company B.So,my H1 B status will automatic get enabled by Oct 2011.So,before that I wanted to go India for marriage and wanted to come on Dec 2011 around.

I do request to please assist me...

1) What all documents required for H1 B visa stamping? So that I can ask my new company B.
2) What percent of H1 B rejection? Because I don't have any employment history,Salary slips etc from company B.
3) In case my H1 B reject,can I come back on L1 B from my previous company A?

>>> Of course you won't have any pay slips from the H1B sponsor since the H1B is not effective yet and the VO would know that. That is not an issue. If all the documents are in order and if the employment is genuine and if the employer has clean records, then the chances are high. If it is a consultancy company, then do expect delays due to admin processing.

3) In case my H1 B reject,can I come back on L1 B from my previous company A?

It asked few of the Original docs for H4 stamping also.My question is if I get my Visa stamped first before marriage then for my wife,do I need to provide her Original docs? How can I come 1-2 month before my wife?

Please advise!

Either both of you attend the visa interview together or she will need to carry your original documents (like approval notice) when she attend the visa interview later. You can FedEx her the documents.
