I have only 2 months left of my h1b visa,my wife and kid came to Canada from India
And I am little worried about her h4 visa stamping, so since I have just two months left of my h1b visa,is she gonna get stamped since its her second time h4 visa stamping.

Your visa has nothing to do with H4 stamping. Your petition is what is important. As long as the H1B petition remains valid, your dependents will be able to go for stamping. The visa (if approved) will be issued only till the petition expiry date (If the passport expires before the petition, then some VOs will issue the visa only till the passport expiry date).

I-129 is the one that is filed by the employer to USCIS. What is important is your approval notice, which is I-797.
