please provide me sample of no objection letter from me to my wife for my child's application for H4 U.S. visa. I am right now in USa, so do need to notarized it too?

There isno need for such a letter. The marraige certifiacte will prove yoru relationship with your wife and the child's birth certificate will prove the child relationship with you and your wife. But if you feel comfortable giing such a letter, then go ahead and do it. There is no specific format.
