H4 stamping without H1 stamping for EVC model

Hi...

I am currently on H1 status and wife is on H4 and my son is US citizen.

I am working right now in EVC model (Employer-- Vendor -- Client)

I have got L1 stamping and my wife has L2 stamping. Then after change of status happened in US.

Now my wife and son requires to go to india so here are my questions:

1. What are chances of getting 221G due to EVC work model of mine?
2. What are documents she would require to carry so that chances of 221G could be reduced.
3. H4 stamping without H1 stamping is possible?

Any help would be highly appreciated as she requires to go on urgent basis.

Do you have any idea on mumbai counsulate visa appointment date.. I mean I am not able to see in VFS apppointment system.

I have no idea. Keep checking and the dates when available should show up. You can also talk to VFS helpdesk.
