Waiting for I-797 from USICS

My employer has submitted a fresh H1 petition for me on 2 Nov 2011. Even after more than 3 months there is no update on that. Status on USICS website show ' initial process'. Is anybody on the same boat? What is the usual time to process ?

It usually takes about 2-4 months to get a decision in normal process. If it is already 90 days past the receipt date, then your employer/attorney can take an infopass appointment with USCIS to discuss your case. You can also upgrade your case to premium and get the result within 15 days.
