  • Questions about changing employer

    Hi,

I am working for company B as a consultant. My visa is expiring in Sept 2012 ( Completing 4 yrs in states in April 2012)...

Now, i am looking for a full time opportunity because i wanted to go India vacation in Dec 2012.

My current employer keeps my 15 days salary with him. I am going to complete 7 months with him in next month.

so my question is if i change my employer (for any full time company) then what exit documents i will need for my stamping in Dec 2012. Also if my employer refuses to give me my 15 days salary then is there any way i can that amount back.

    Please advise.

Thanks for your time and help.

    Ashu.

    1) Pay slips, W2s, copies of the approval notice & experience letter from your previous employer will always help.

    >>> You can complain to DOL and make them pay.
