I am on h-4 visa , I meet all the criteria for the interview waiver program but yet there was one point about which
I am not sure. I read in the FAQS this question on the vfs website..
Q.27 I like to renew my spouse’s visa of same visa class due to change of employer or institutions, can I proceed with the application for IWP
Ans Applicants applying for visa renewal for the same visa class due to change of the employer or institution will not fall under IWP. It should be the same visa class within the same employee.
Now, I did not want to renew my visa because of the change in my husbands employer but because my visa is going to be expired in June...Yet during this period my husband also has changed his employer so still am i eligible for interview waiwer programme.....
