Lost I94 and H4 extension ( Urgent)

Hi

I really need help.

- I have lost the I 94 given when we enter the country (the little white form which they staple on your passport with the Admission number).
- I do have the immigration stamp on my passport.
- My H4 expires in Oct 2012 and need to file for an extension.
- I am 25 weeks pregnant and my due date is Oct 29 , 2012 so I need a visa and also cant travel to India.


Questions-

Can I file for I 102 and H4 extension together?
Whats the process for filing?
How much time does it take to get a new I 94 ?
What other options do I have?

It is very basis thing to know that you should take copies or digital copies of all your immigration documents including passport and visa. You can certainly try to file form I-102 and then file the H4 extension based on the copy of the receipt notice received from USCIS. It may work and certainly worth the try.
