Need advice on client change after stamping in India

Hi,

I am currently located in India. I got my H1B visa stamped for client A and got LCA approved for CA location. Because of the stamping process and 221g delay, that position got closed and my employer suggested me to look for a new opening my self. Now I got a job offer for client B in WA state and completed interview process and need to report there pretty soon.

Will there be any issue if I go to WA state for Client B, where my entire H1B process was done for Client A for CA state?
Will there be any issues during port of entry?
Do I need to file new LCA for WA state?

If LCA required can I file LCA for WA state from India and go there before it got approved and quote the application number when asked ?

Yes it is possible from India.
Your employer can do it.
My organization provides the updated LCA in 2-3 business days in such cases for its employees.
When your petition was filed, it was A state and now you are planning for B state, you HAVE to get updated LCA before you travel.
