My current H1 expires in Dec 2012. My employer has filed for extension with a new LCA. The dates in the new LCA shows that it is effective from Dec 2012 (the next day after the expiry of my current visa). My question is that if my extension does not gets approved by Dec 2012 (it may take months as the current data shows in USCIS), then from January 2013 which LCA will be valid - my current one or the new one? Please let me know.
