Birth Certification Translation

Hi,

I have a question for translation for I485. If translator is not certified but fluent in both language (English and native language), certified notary should also sign in translation sheet along with translator. I checked the translation sample in your website and saw the notary stamp.

Birth Certificate Translation Question

Hi there, i have a question after reading procedure of translation from the following link

If someone is translating the form, they can create a similar format and translate word by word. But how do they get the original stamps and all ?
Because the link says the following.

" The document must be translated entirely including signatures, seals and stamps."

My friend who is in USA is translating my brother's native language birth certificate. That certificate has stamps and seals from India .

Simply translate the birth certificate in english. Use a second page as the translator certifying that he/she is fluent in both english and your language, an that he/she has translated the BC using the best of her knowledge. Have them sign it, date it and their put their address.
No notary no nothing else is needed. Avoid someone related to you.

You have to just translate the text contents from the stamp, don't have to reproduce the image.

Stamps and signatures

I suggest copying the stamp from the original document and pasting it into the same location on the translated document. Just use a program such as "paint" or "photoshop" to cut the stamp.
