Hi All,
I came to US on March 2016. My spouse and son came on August 2016. For tax return, I need to go for ITIN for them and also I came to know since my spouse and son have not stayed in US for minimum 183 days, I need to fill 6013 G for my Spouse so that she can be considered as non-residence alien and I can file the refund for jointly.
Do I have to also submit another 6013g for my Son to get Chile Tax credit ? if yes, do we have any specific format for 6013g for dependents ?
any help on this will be really helpful.
