I m employed with my present employer since march 2014 nd my employer is planning to apply for my l1a on march 2015 . in between may be on Nov 2014 if I travel to USA on h4 for couple of months will it affect my eligibility for applying to l1a on grounds of one year complete employment

Typically short stays are fine but a couple of months may be stretching it. In my opinion one should avoid it all together.
