Should I renew my L1A visa after applying for GC?

I am currently in US on L1A Visa which expires in 7 months. I am a Manager outside as well as inside US. My company is planning to apply for GC now. Should I renew my L1A visa after applying for GC?

GC under which category? Which is your country of birth? If you get GC before L1A visa expires then you need not renew the visa, but if your GC is still pending then in order to stay and work you would still need a valid visa, a pending GC doesn't allow you to stay , you need valid visa too.
