Hi,
I have a valid L1A (individual extension) visa til 2017. I work with a big organization with various divisions. I am in dispute with my current division but have some good contacts in other divisions. Is it possible that I resign from my current job, if needed go back to India for couple of month and join back the same employer in other division and travel on same visa again. Do I need to reapply for the visa in this case or can use the same petetion as it is still valid til 2017.
