Hi,
I have L1A visa which will be now extended using I140 by Jan 2016. I would like to apply for H1b in 2016 with a different company and if approved, Can I make use of this I140 as a priority date (Jan-2016) when I start my process for Labour in 2017. Also, having this L1A - I140 as pre approved can I use it as H4 EAD instead of getting it approved once again after my H1B.
Just wanted to check if I can save this 1 year and whether I can go for H4 EAD almost immediately after having my H1B approved.
