Is Amendment required for location change for L1A(Individual) approved petition

Hi All

The working location and Client mentioned in approved petition, is different form what I now am planning to go(in DS160). Petition is approved in December 2016.
Visa stamping is pending. So do I need some amendment for this location change. Please help. People having same situation, please share their experience with what officer asked them at stamping time.Thanks in advance.

Hi SKumar,

Yes, it is a very unique situation. However, not much documentation is available online on this. (I am in a slightly different but, similar situation as well).
With respect to DS 160, I would suggest you fill the exact same location as your approved Petition (if it is still not submitted).
In case, you have already submitted and have to go ahead with your Visa interview; AND IF they ask about the discrepancy (Only if they ask) - mention that as a manager, you would still be having Location A as your HQ (as per approved petition) but, the immediate requirement is for me to fly into Location B (as per your DS 160).
