I am going through the process of getting my L1B extension but have some questions:
1) I need a new DS160 to supply the number to book my appointment at the embassy - the questions refer to "current job in your home country" - which was easy when I filled this in 3 years ago - but now I'm not in my home country filling this in... so should I use my previous job (last in home country) or current job in non-home country?
2) I need my travel dates to / from the United States - I log into the site to get the details from the I94 and although that says I previously entered the country last in March this year - when I press 'travel history' it says I have no record?? What can I do about this?
3) I've changed role while here in the US - moved to a management position with direct reports in several teams here in the US and abroad - will this impact the likelihood of a successful renewal?
