Appointments in Chennai Consulate

Hello,

I always see no appointments available for any date I choose but others seem to have got appointments.

Starting this thread to update if you see any open appointments available in Chennai Consulate for L1 visa interview. Could you please update the thread if you see any open slots?

I do have an appointment in March, but not sure if this would be honoured. I assume there is ban until March 31

Ravi@ When(day and time) did you see open slots when you booked an appointment?

I booked it last week, Sunday afternoon. But as I said I'm not sure if this appointment is valid considering the ban.

From my experience I don't think there is any specific time / day the slots open up. I have found it to be random. I used to check once a day.

I got a slot in March and then was able to find something in Feb and booked it. Hope this helps.

Since the presidential proclamation is till March 31, what should we do if we have an appointment in March? Will the Visa be denied? Is it better to reschedule?
