Is it necessary to have a minimum number of subordinates for USCIS to consider the L1A case?
Do all the subordinates require to be direct or they can be indirect subordinates as well?
Meaning- is the following organizational chart ok for L1A visa - instead of 5 people directly reporting to me - I have 2 direct subordinates to whom 3 other subordinates(which inturn become my indirect subordinates) report?
Please clarify...Thanks
