Hi,
First of all i would like to wish everyone in this group a Very Happy and Prosperous new Year.
I have a few questions on the GC Processing for L1A Category.
I am on L1A (Individual) wef March 2011.
1. What is the difference between the Individual and Blanket while applying for GC. Which one has edge Individual or Blanket?
2. If anyone one L1A position does it mean that by default he should fall into EB1 category or it call also fall into EB2 categories based on the background?
3. What if on L1A if the company is not able to justify the EB1 category, eg. if there is an RFE, can the company go back and apply in EB2?
