L1b Blanket Visa Fee

Hi!

Can some one help me with L1b Blanket visa fee?

1.https://www.immihelp.com/usa-visa-fees/ says $2250 visa fee for certain L1b, if the petitioner has more than 50 employees and 50% of them are on H1 or L1. My employer is having more than more than 50 employees working in US and most of them are citizens. Do we need to pay $2250?

2. Should i pay the visa fee or the employer will do it?

3. how much money should is spend from my pocket? please help me so that i can be prepared.

Even if your company has to pay the Border Security Fees you should not pay it out of your pocket. Your company Immigration department should be able to give you the requisite demand draft for the same. Check with them. This is my opinion not legal advice.
