Visitor visa - Rejected

Hi

My in-laws along with my brother-in-laws went for visitor visa but only brother in law application was rejected as the VO asked him how many months he will be in US , he said 6 months , coz that in the DS160 application it was mentioned same 6 months .. He is actually studying and doing internship in CA in India

My in-laws got the visa


But they didnt give any slip to brother in law , they said better next time and gave the passport

So without any slip , is that fine or ok ?

For visitor visa each applicant evaluated independently.

That is fine. If he was not given a slip, most likely it is 214-b.
