B2 Visa Extension

Hi all,

My in laws are here on B2 Visa and I-94 is vaid till April 2013.

I want to apply for their I94 extension during march 2013.

The issue is My I-94 will expire on Feb 2013 and i have already applied for I-94 extension and that has areaady recceived a RFE notice. My company will reply to that notice around mid of march 2013.

Now question is can i apply for extension of I-94 for my In laws with my status of RFE or waiting for result for my application . Will that will be accepted ?
