  • will the letter from USA senator approving us 100% for visit visa help?

    dear gurus
1.please tell me if an american senator or congressman give us a 100% recommendation letter for 5 members of my family with particular words mentioning that " i (the senator) understand that MR. xxxx and his family have all demonstrated numerous ties to home in xxxx country". will it help us in achieving our goal with ease. i would love if my respected elder peace 999 and immi help give an elobrated answer

    2. i recieved different tokens for each member of m y family appearing in interview but dates are same. i hope we will go and give interview as one family and they wont ask us to come turn wise as i am the spokesman for all appearing in interview..
    thanks

I am sure you filled separate DS-160 form for each family member but did you also create separate login accounts for scheduling appointment for each member?

If you booked your appointment through call center then you dont need login accounts else I would like to know how did you book your appointment? Also, who is sponsoring your trip?

For your 2nd question, visit following URL on Immihelp

It says, "When the person's USA visa has been previously refused, many people try many ways to try to increase the chances of getting the USA visa next time. If the applicant is getting sponsored by someone in the USA, it is possible to contact their local congressman and the state senators to get help from. It is not known for sure whether such contacts help or not. Some people think that there is no harm in trying. Therefore, many people consider it worthwhile to contact the lawmakers (senators, congressman). On the other hand, other people think that the consular officer has complete authority on issuance (or rejection) of visa and the consular officer may get irritated that other government officials are potentially interfering with their process. In other words, there is a mixed feeling towards this. Therefore, use your own judgment"
