My mother and father name in my indian passport is different frm my birth certificate

Hi,
I am currently living in USA and my GC PERM is in process.
My indian passport needs to be renewed in a month. Below is my problem:

In passport:
Surname :: Sundar
Given Name : Shwetha
Which is correct with my birth certificate


Father Name (in my passport) : Rama **** *i Sundar
My Birth Certificate : Father Name as Sundar
Father Passport: Surname as Ramamoorthy, Given Name as Sundar


Mother Name(in my passport): Sundar Sita
My Birth Certificate: Mother Name as Sita
Mother passport: Surname as Dixit , Given name as Sita

My parents are planning to apply their Visitor Visa to US.
1) Will it be a problem as the name in my passport, my birth certificate is different from their passport?
2) Can I change my Father Name as Sundar and Mother name as Sita with no surnames in the Indian Consulate in NY? If so , what are the procedures ?
3) Will this be an issue in the future during I-485 GC process?
