Hello everyone,
I would really appreciate if someone would rate my chances of getting a tourist visa. I am a 22 year old Indian student currently studying for a Master's degree in Western Europe. I plan on visiting the states with my parents who already have US visas. My dad/parents, who live in India, would be the ones sponsoring the trip. We've been to multiple places in Europe earlier on multiple tourist trips and also some places in SEA.
I actually studied in the US for my Bachelor's degree for 4 years. I did internships every summer after the first one, and did one even after graduating (on OPT). I left the US as soon as my internship finished, as I had no interest of staying there.
My dad is a businessman who does well, and has been to the US multiple times for business trips. After my graduation, I toured around the US and Canada with my parents. The plan is to now visit the places that we haven't been to, for about 2 - 3 weeks, in my holidays.
I plan on applying the visa from the country I am currently studying in. Is it a good idea?
