info about rush service

i needed to know information about rush service of passport after visa is granted. i read about it in the application details which says that one can get the passport on the same dayof interview if we pay rs 56/-.
has anybody received passprt via rush service?

Hi!

Where did you hear abt the Rs56 service? Which Consulate is it? I know in Chennai they do not hand it in person HAS to be delivered by courier itself. I have heard that Mumbai you can collect it in person.
