Need help regarding applying for visitor visa after rejection

Hi,
I have applied three time for student visa for US in 2009 from New Delhi but didn't get it..now I m in Canada on student visa and I tried for the visitor visa to visit for few days and I again rejected. I need some information that how can I get the visitor visa after these rejection.pls reply

You can finish your study in Canada. Work for some employer and then try for US Visa.

Thank you for the response. One more thing I am confused with is I don't remember the dates in 2009 when I had given the interviews So while filling the forms in the section where we have to mention that you have ever been refused or withdrawn your file earlier. What should I write there which don't make my case weak. Please response on this as I am didn't get any information about it from anywhere. Thank you
