Visitors Visa for Parents and Mother in law

Friends,

I need your valuable suggestions. I'm on L1 visa and I'm planning to apply visitors visa for my parents and my mother-in-law (widow). I need to know which is better, whether to apply for all 3 of them together or separately. Please share your knowledge/experience.

Note:
I'm planning to sponsor for all of them.
My wife is not working.
We don't have kids.
My father does a small business in India and mother is a house wife.
My mother-in-law does a small business in India and have some deposits and properties.

You can sponsor all of them together as long as you have enough fund to take care while their stay in USA. Visa office evaluate each applicant individually doesn't matter whether they go for the interview together or separate.
