B1/B2 Visa with family

Thanks all the sweet people here.I got 5 years B1/B2 visa 3 months ago,I visited united states and I got 6 months entry from Huston airpoert.
I cam back to pakistan with in one month,No I want to get visit visa for my wife and kids,Can you please advise what will be the procedure.
