  • Help....Parents & Brother visitor Visa

    Hello everyone ,

I need your expert feedback & help in getting US visitor visa for my Brother & Parents .

Little bit of my family background .
1.) My parents are retired , Dad have a saving of around ~ 30 to 40 Lacs to his back accounts , do some share brooking to keep himself engaged
    2.) Have Properties ( 2 houses , 2 shops )
3.) Brother has completed his graduation-distance (Age 26) , however have done tons of Technical certifications/small project experience and working on the project to open his own consulting firm . Also going to apply for post graduation - Distance only .

    Question
1.) I see high risk of rejecting my brothers Visa since no way right now we can show him earning . He is not married either .
What are the best measures should we take for him before applying ?
2.) Can i apply in one form for my brother and parents , if yes - will it help against applying separately .
3.) What else we can show except properties to show ties ?
4.) Any other suggestions or anything to keep in mind ?

Thanks Guys for replying in advance .

    Hey ,
I have a question for you. What do you mean when you say that you will show property as strong ties? Is there a way to show that somewhere in DS 160 form itself?

It's really simple.. parents apply by submitting the b2 application, paying the fee, and attending an interview. At the interview, they must convince the CO of their ties to home that will force them to take the flight back. This is an applicant-based process; there is nothing you do.. other than helping fill out the online ds160.
