I am a USA citizen. Does my non-USA wife qualify for a long-term 10 year Visa as I do, provided we supply the official marriage documents?

Your message is a little confusing. If you are a U.S. citizen, you have no need for a "10-year visa," so why are you saying you qualify for a "10-year visa?"

Anyway, you can petition your spouse for an immigrant visa to the U.S.
