B2 visa extension and re entry

My mom has a b2 visa , she came here last year as I was hospitalized 2015 from 1 September to 12 November stay 2.5 months
Feb 2016 I got pregnant so she arrived here in 10 may as I had a delicate pregnancy ,we filed for a 3 month extension untill Jan 2017 as my dad arrived later and not as planned .they leave together in Jan 2017 ,spending some time with us together
We are planing to ask her to revisit us in April 2017 .
We also plan to take her to tour i.e. Canada and cruise as the baby would be old enough .( dad not to fond of traveling )
Now would she be allowed Poe ,would she need bookings etc.
Also I might visit India and she might travel with me and the baby .
Is that something which would be of a concern at Poe looking at the baby they might think it's for babysitting .
She would off course be staying and spending time with me n the baby .
I.e. I also have a baby sitter

I would not suggest her to visit again in Apr 2017 because of her previous frequent visit. Immigration officer at the port of entry may raise the question regarding this visit within very short duration.

If you think her visit is very important and she can't wait then she can try her luck.
