Applying for Visitor Visa B2 (Mother and unmarried sister)

Hello everyone,
I'm engaged 32 years old girl. 3 years before I have done my graduation. Me and my mother are going to visit my sister who is studying Masters in the USA and completed her 3 out of 6 semesters. I'm running a business of boutique. I have two brothers, a married sister and father here. My father is running his own industry. My sister sent me an invitation letter. My mother is uneducated and afraid of travelling alone. how much chances are there that we both will get the visa. or any advice that what to do to get the visa for me and my mother.
