Hello Folks,
I needed some advise on how to obtain a Visa for my mother.
Me and My wife both have a valid H1B Visa; My wife is already in the US and I will be joining her soon.
My mother is in India and is a widow, we want to apply for a Visitor Visa for her and want to know If someone has done so in the past.
We do have an immovable property here but thats in my deceased fathers name and has not been transferred to my mothers name.
I also have an elder brother who lives in Mumbai while we reside in Delhi
she is current maintaining a balance of more than 130K INR in her account for more than 90 days. Will that suffice if mention the intended stay to be 10 days ?
Has any one been through this situation before ? I am looking for as much information as I can get.
I want to know what supporting documentation could strengthen her case.
