Hi,
My sister's tourist visa was rejected for no reason second time. I am totally furious the way they handle the cases.
First time, we applied for my sister and my sister-in-law at the same time because both don't speak english and both of her husbands are farmers. They were rejected visa saying 'why both of you want to go at the same time?".
Second time, only my sisterin-law went and she carried all her documents and they rejected saying 'why didn't you bring your husband's document showing he has some lands'.
I don't understand this at all. There is no form detailing what are the documents they want us to bring and on top of that, they simply ask 'why didn't you bring that?' or 'why didn't you bring this?'
Looks like US Consulate found this lucrative way to make money. Can I go against them legally?
