Need details on Self Sponsoring B2 Visitor Visa
I’m planning to bring my parents to U.S by Mar 2018, preparing all necessary docs but yet to schedule appointment. Before they appear for interview I need clarification on below to ensure the possibilities of getting B2 VISA.
I’m sponsoring my parents and having valid H-1B till Apr 2018 and my extension already filed, waiting to receive acknowledgement. Meanwhile if my parents appear for interview and would face any issue during interview to clear it as my petition is in progress? If this make issue Can I apply them B2 on SELF without my sponsorship?
If it's Self sponsor, what are the documents I have to prepare on their behalf and give any URL for docs checklist and how to fill it?
Please clarify/suggest these if anyone faced such situation.
