Visa Appointment question

Hi,

I have two questions:

1. I am applying for Visitor VISA for my father and mother. Do I need to take two separate appointment for them? I would prefer both of them going together for the interview? How do I ensure that?

2. I dont have any birth certificate document and I am on H1B VISA. How do I handle this scenerio.?

You need to HDFC receipts and one appointment.
First start getting the application one.. fill the forms, then you will get option to add the applicant, add and confirm interview
