Few 'outside the interview process' questions

Hello
Interview for my in-laws is scheduled for this Friday, Nov 3rd @ Chennai US Consulate.
In this regard, would like to know few 'outside the interview process' questions, if any aware of it?

- Will they allow to park the car inside ? I hope not, if so, any idea where could we park the vehicle and enter the consulate building?

- I believe we need to go the entrace at the anna salai/gemini bridge side? right? or is there any enterance?

- According to the document we need to be there atleast 15mts prior to the interview time, will they allow inside if we were there say 30 or 45 mts prior to the interview time?

- Do we have to handover any documents to the security at the front gate? or just showing the 'appointment letter' will do?

- do we've wait in any 'Q' for our turn?


- I was told that normally it'll take about 2 hours from the scheduled interview time to meet an visa office, is this is normal for everyone?


- also I was told if the visa is granted we need to pay a separate fees to dispatch the passport to our home address, I thought the $2400 DD should cover all this? doesn't it?
