Question regarding Property Documents

Hi, I'm trying to get visitor visa for my mom ( widowed ). She was rejected once in may 2006. The next appt is in Jan 2007. We didn't show any property related documents last time. We want to get some help and increase the chances this time.. We have land/property in bangalore on my mom's name and we also have the original documents, but the documents were registered with much lower value compared to what it is worth now.. Can we take these original documents? Will it help or will it be a problem..We also have another flat that is rented out.. I was going to get an auditor statement showing the land and flat as property for my mom.. Any advise is appreciated..

You can take those original documents and also get a property evaluation from CA.

I suggest you to get the properties evaluated by a licensed surveyor. Then, take the surveyor documents and the original documents.
