Mumbai Dates ??

I am trying for my parents. Ya i thought so too..but sometimes i see teh same info and these days ..it shows no dates available.

Here is what i think is happening: Even if a day is available, it generally means that someone has rescheduled or cancelled , now if you try to take that spot then it throws up a message "no dates available" because you are trying to book 2 spots in place of the only one that is available.

I have been facing a similar situation.

May be you are right. I hope they release enough dates for March...or even April will do...

Just want to share with you all my experience of getting an interview date after long long wait & try. I was trying to get an interview date for my MIL in Feb for mumbai consulate from last 1 month. I was trying daily for atleast 30-40 times online on VFS site, but was repeatedly unsuccessful. Yesterday suddenly when i was trying it showed me one date available for Feb 20th for Mumbai consulate and i got it scheduled for my MIL.
It seems that if tried during the after noon in USA or midnight time in India, the chances of getting an date are good. Because i came to know from lot of other people that consulate releases dates at midnight in India. So just keep trying and you will get it!!

I was able to get a spot for my mother on the 9th of Feb last night(12amEST 10:30 am IST).
Actually i have been looking for 2 spots , the other being for my sister , but unfortunately the vacant spots that i have encountered accommodate only one individual so i am planning to send them separately.
KEEP TRYING DAY AND NIGHT, it requires a lot of patience.

Hello everyone...there are dates available for Mumbai ...for Feb end and Mar 1st and 2nd...I managed to get a date last nite for end of feb..so go ahead and grab it before it goes....
