Original Birthcertifate for Sponsor documents

Hi all

1. In the sponsor document, i see original birth certificate. we are green card holders. we dont have original birth certificate? is that document must? will our parents get rejected if we dont have that.

2. I am sponsering for my in-laws. My husband quit his job this month because of some situation at his work place. will there be question if a dauter-in-law sponser for the in-laws?
