Question about MIL's visitor visa....

My mother in law got her 5 years multiple visitor visa. I have a question regarding the visa... Does it matter when she comes to USA now? or is there a timeframe within which she has to come?

Which consulate did she apply? I thought they were giving either 10yrs or
rejecting visa? 5yrs visa sounds new to me. (in recent experiences)

she is from Pakistan and usually a visitor visa is 5 years there....

10yrs and 5yrs in a family

Well, I got 10 yrs multiple B1/B2 and my 3 1/2 yrs old SON got it for 5 yrs and re: my wife I am yet to receive the passport
