I am holding a United Kingdom. I left Hong Kong and arrived in the Chicago Airport and Norfolk International Airport (Virginia) on 5 May 2007. I left Norfolk International Airport and the Chicago Airport for Hong Kong on 23 May 2007. However, I forgot to surrend the above departure record on 23 May 2007 and no one asked me for the departure record at any of the airports on 23 May 2007.

I am writing to seek for your advice on what I should do. Is the above information sufficient for your follow-up action?
