I-94 Form

I visited the US ( Loisville Kentucky) for the first time for the period 28-FEB-2003 and 04-MAR-2003. On leaving the US The custom officer did not take my I-94 departure record.

I have not been back to the US since. My company is now sending me on a Conference in Denver next week I wonder if this will be a problem when I enter the US.
