Hi:
I used to work with a software development company, who sent me on a visit to a client site at Louisville Kentucky in 2003. I arrived in the US on Feb 27, 2003 and left on Mar 4 , 2003. This was my first visit to the US. On the plane to Jamaica I realized that the I-94 departure form was still in my passport even though I had submitted my pass port to the officer. I have not been to the US since. The company I am now working for is sending me to a CIS conference in Denver Colorado, next week, how will this affect my entry to the US. I am concerned because the form states, "you must surrender -... when you leave the U.S. Failure to do so will delay your entry into the US in the future".
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
